- Every selection gets finalized.
- Every cabinet, countertop, and fixture is ordered, received, inspected, and staged.

How Weeks of Planning Make a 7-Day Install Possible
Weeks of planning help remove every source of delay before anyone enters the house.
There are three main reasons a traditional kitchen installation stalls: (1) materials aren’t there, (2) all decisions aren’t made, and (3) a trade isn’t ready. They happen after the demo is done, meaning your kitchen is going to be torn apart for longer.
1. Materials. Nothing gets ordered during the install. Everything is ordered, received, inspected, and staged before Day 1 of construction.
2. Decisions. The whole plan, down to every selection, is signed off in planning. Nobody is picking a backsplash with a crew standing in the room.
3. Trades. The sequence is set in advance, and measurements are verified against the plans twice, so each trade shows up to a site that is ready for them. We use the same tradespeople on each project.
