Some Kitchen+ projects can fit inside that same timeframe, but bigger multi-room projects usually run 10 to 14 days. This is because every added room brings its own cabinetry, its own trades, and sometimes its own plumbing.
Inside a Charlotte, NC Kitchen, Pantry, and Laundry Remodel
Catherine and Tyler had four kids and a kitchen that could not keep up with any of them.

Start to finish, it ran 10 days. The kitchen installation took 7 of them, and refinishing the hardwood took the other 3.

How Three Connected Spaces Were Planned as One
It started at the in-home discovery meeting, where we documented how a family with four kids actually used the kitchen.
Michelle McHenry, our interior designer, led it.
Michael, our architectural designer, came with her.
Michelle came with the samples and walked Catherine and Tyler through cabinets, countertops, backsplash, hardware, and lighting, weighing in when they could not decide.
This meeting is where the Calacatta Laza Oro quartz and the brushed gold hardware got chosen, and where the Truemade Shaker cabinetry got carried into the pantry and the laundry instead of stopping at the kitchen door.
Michael took the site measurements that day, plus photos and video of the rooms as they stood.
He turned those numbers into the drawings, working them out with Catherine, Tyler, and Michelle.
They saw floor plans and elevations placing every cabinet, appliance, and fixture, and 3D renderings of the cabinetry running out of the kitchen, through the pantry, and into the laundry.
This planning phase usually runs 4 to 6 weeks.
How One Team Kept All Three Rooms Moving Together
Our installation week runs on a sequence set in advance, where each trade enters and exits at the exact point the work calls for it.
Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, drywall, paint, and tile are all trade partners who work only inside our system, are trained on our standards and our jobsite practices, and they are the same people from start to finish.
No trade is waiting on another.
No step is performed out of order.
Jason Castelano, our project manager, is on site every day. He walks the work as it happens and clears punch-list items the day they turn up rather than three weeks later.
With the pantry and the laundry in the same scope, that sequence covers the plumbing and venting rework behind the stacked washer and dryer, the cabinetry in all three rooms, and the hardwood running through every one of them.
